2.1. The prices displayed on the Radical Repairs platform are inclusive of all taxes and fees, unless otherwise stated.
2.2. Payment for repair services must be made in full at the time of booking.
2.3. We accept payment through secure online payment methods only. Cash payments are not accepted.
3.1. Upon pick-up of your device, our delivery partner will transport it to the designated repair shop.
3.2. While we make every effort to ensure the safe transportation and handling of your device, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transit.
3.3. The repair shop will assess the condition of your device and proceed with the necessary repairs.
3.4. You will be notified of the repair status and any additional charges that may apply before the repairs are completed.
4.1. All repair services provided by Radical Repairs come with a standard warranty period of [insert warranty period].
